The I Define Me Movement currently operates programs in local schools and community organizations throughout the United States. We partner with public, private, independent, charter, and parochial schools in urban, suburban, and rural communities across the country.

Become an IDM School Chapter

Become an IDM national or local school chapter and receive access to an online facilitator portal, free consultation, professional development resources, and girl assembly opportunities! Offering curricula for Elementary, Middle and High Schools.

Over 50 weekly lessons that can be personalized to meet your class needs; each lesson comes in the form of our pre-formatted portal to help you deliver each lesson.

Meditation prompts
Add-on activities for select lessons, to reinforce the daily area of focus.
Your students receive journals, bands, lanyards, tshirt/swag bags
